I've recently taken a position as a Director at PCO M&A Advisors which focuses on sell-side engagements and consulting in the pest control, lawn management and disinfectant service sectors. We run the M&A process from initiation to buyer engagement, negotiations, due diligence and post close transition. I'm also consulting with companies and getting them ready to sell in the future along with valuation and appraisal engagements. Along with my CFA, I'm working towards an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers.Prior to this, I spent almost 19 years at Verizon working in the Spectrum Planning and Acquisition group where I lead key aspects of over 80 transactions valued at over $45 billion including several swaps with our biggest competitors for spectrum portfolios valued at over $1.9 billion. My broader financial experience includes FP&A work around the evaluation of VZ's wholesale relationships, roaming and partnership relationships with US Cellular, business case support for the launch of a white label sub-brand and small cell deployment for 4G and 5G spectrum. I hold a designation as a CFA Charterholder with an expertise in business valuations and financial modeling including assessment of business drivers, cash flow projections/sensitivities, valuation analysis and performance measurement. In each of the projects/evaluations, I have taken a deep dive into the operating metrics, revenue and cost drivers and contractual relationships to best represent VZ's value position.My experience in corporate development (mergers, acquisitions and divestitures) includes negotiation of business terms & conditions in definitive agreements, due diligence and transition / integration planning. I participated in several bankruptcy process transactions where VZ took both Stalking Horse and secondary bidder positions in the Sec. 363 sales process including 5 live auctions resulting in 4 successful winning acquisitions. Finally, I have appeared as an expert witness in several lawsuits, representing Verizon in both Federal and State courts and authored a Fair Market Value report to support Verizon's position in one of the cases.
