Area manager responsible for leading,developing and inspiring branch managers within the area to focus on providing exemplary customer service and significant profitable growth.

As an operational change manager I was responsible for delivering change initiatives with the business working for the PMO ,working across multi-sites in all sectors developing and embedding change governance for projects and change systems and processes whilst also operating with directors to ensure the strategic aims are met with a strong skill set.

Previous to the management roles with Wolseley I began my career as a driver and worked my way through the internal structure.
