Started my teaching life back when I was only 16 whilst still competing within a competitive Swimming Club (Kingston Royals). After a few years away from the sport I returned as keen as ever having picked up some vital business skills managing a multi-million pound company elsewhere in another industry. Being able to merge my management skills with my teaching and coaching skills it wasn't long before we started up 'Aquademy Swimming'. I was also able to draw on my previous experience as a Head Coach within a Swimming Club (Epsom District) and on my present job role as Head of Swimming at an Independent School. My personal goal is to ensure each and every swimmer who i am involved with enjoys swimming to the maximum whilst encouraging them to reach their full potential.Specialties: Having worked with 1000's of swimmers over a number of years now I am proud to have built up and established my own complete and unique style of teaching. One which begins with the most basic of teaching fundamentals and progresses them easily, transparently and effectively into advanced drills and skills. Successful in various schools, clubs and academies it has allowed me to encourage a most enjoyable path for every swimmer whilst ensuring they meet with their potential.
