Development of customer value propositions that solve complex operational problems by joining the dots. Design of marketing strategies and marketing execution and full collaboration between sales and marketing. I have worked in Management Consultancy (KPMG, Hitachi Consulting, Unipart), Software and more recently in Engineering Consultancy (Royal HaskoningDHV) responsible for selling a broad range of software products, IOT platforms and consultancy and data science services. Now, I am at the MTC, a Research & Technology Catapult focussing on SME's and Start-Ups. I have a keen interest in Industry 4.0. I am a natural entrepreneur and networker, leader, team leader and hunter / farmer type.I have worked with small, medium and large enterprises across the world and can honestly say that there is no better job satisfaction when you "win over" people in senior positions by helping them in their roles through data and digital solutions deployed. I have met so many wonderful people, many of which are still connections and friends.I sit on Make UK's Technology, Innovation & Sustainability Policy Committee, (TISPC) and regularly volunteer for Apprenticeship & Graduate Days to encourage new skills and more young people into UK Manufacturing.
