Currently as the General Manager of SETS – South East Training Services I am responsible for the day to day running of the business. The direction of staff and the maintaining of the Australian Governments NEIS scheme as well as their AtoB program for which we are contracted to administer. Whilst conducting these duties I am responsible for contractual matters and liaising with the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR).In my role overseeing operation of SETS - South East Training Services, I am responsible for marketing, strategic planning to ensure business development and growth, accounts, human resources, government liaison, policy development and implementation, problem solving, business planning and staff development.

Having had seven years experience in the NSW Police I have developed exceptional communication and problem solving skills. The NSW Police educates its members to make calculated decisions often with little notice. As a result I am highly organised with excellent administration skills. This experience has enabled me to be able to work under immense pressure.Skills include investigation, policing, crowd control, complaint resolution, implementation of police operations.
