Having steadily worked my way up the corporate ladder to the “c-suite”, I spent the next 20 years in CEO and MD roles at industry leading companies within the media and entertainment sector. For me it has always been about the people - building high performance teams was always the core of my approach to positioning organisations for long-term success, all underpinned by a compelling vision and strategy. I have held several executive/non-executive board positions and am a certified executive coach and charity Trustee. I am currently volunteering with a number of locally based organisations, as well as writing, recording and performing music with a west London based rock n roll band.
