NCBA supports, promotes, and protects the practice of creditors rights law while ensuring fair treatment for all. NCBA law firms are required to adhere to the National Creditors Bar Association Code of Conduct. Any law firm engaged in the active practice of creditors rights law, including solo practitioners, shall be eligible to be a Law Firm member of the Association, provided the qualifications are met.
