Manage multiple construction projects, as well as assist with preconstruction. Company is national contractor and projects are in multiple states. I have built schools in many states, most recently California, Idaho, North Carolina, Texas, Louisiana, and Indiana.

Managed multiple Mechanical projects. I was tasked with managing all the projects over $250k. One of those projects included the largest project the company had ever performed, $6.9 mil mechanical project. Implemented use of Construction Accounting software Change order system, increasing personal and office productivity. Skilled in all aspects of use of technology to improve construction process, most recently information-related communication with personnel on site. Significant accomplishments include earning two Excellence in Construction Awards from ABC.

Pre-construction Manager - 2001 thru 2010Managed preconstruction process including leading the design process, contractor prequalification, estimating, purchase orders, and contract management. I Developed business relationships with the clients and also became an experienced traveler while working with them on a national basis acting as their construction departments. My customer base included a customer with multiple private surgical centers, multiple national charter school management companies, a major department store chain, a large grocery store change, as well as many smaller private customers. On the design-build projects I had a proven ability to provided accurate project budgeting and cost containment.

Served as a liaison for customer in managing completion of Architectural and Engineering plans by Costa Rican design firm for $75million hotel, condominiums and a beach club. Managed budget, bid process and negotiation of contracts, with local contractors. My design input led to significant cost savings for clients future investment in the project. Daily oversight of building process and construction schedule, for site work and sales center construction. Project construction stopped after completion of sales center, and major site work, due to customers lack of funding.
