I've been a professional ballroom dancer for 23 years. I owned the Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Ottawa for 21years. I am a Certified Master Examiner with the World Professional Dance Teachers Association. I am a choreographer, coach, teacher, traveling dance consultant and professional performer of all the ballroom and Latin dances. I recently sold my interest in the Ottawa Arthur Murray franchise to concentrate on my other businesses.I am also owner of The Gladstone, a live theatre venue. I purchased the theatre in 2007 and renovated it to its current beautiful state. I produced 2 seasons of live theatre with my own production company (Gladstone Productions) between 2008 and 2010 which consisted of 13 shows. The theatre had 2 resident theatre companies in 2011/2012 and has expanded to 4 resident companies for the 2012/2013 season.I am also and actor. I appeared in the 2004 Hollywood production of Shall We Dance with Richard Gere, Jennifer Lopez, Stanly Tucci and Susan Sarandon. I've appeared on stage at the Ottawa Little Theatre and The Gladstone in a number of show which include; Mousetrap, The Caine Mutiny Court Marshal, The Foursome, The Woman In Black, Noises Off, Final Twist, Italian American Reconciliation and Communication Cord. I'll be playing in the 2012/2013 season at The Gladstone in the shows; November and Miracle On 34th Street.I am also a writer. I am currently working on a full length play and have written many short plays and one short film which I also shot, produced, directed and edited. All of the above are my areas of artistic interest, but I also have a small dog walking and behavior modification business. Using the techniques of Dog Whisperer, Cesar Millan, I spend my weekday mornings walking and training dogs in the downtown Ottawa and Gatineau areas.Specialties: My specialties include in short; Ballroom dancing, choreography, teaching, acting, writing and dog whispering.
