I have been involved in innovation and technology related activities for over 20 years, with multinational experience in International management, marketing and business development. Throughout my career I’ve had the pleasure of working in New Zealand, Canada, S.E. Asia and Europe, and have gained extensive experience in company start-ups, consultancy and management. Working with organisations such as Hyatt Hotels, Ingram Micro, Panasonic, National Instruments and many more, I have assisted their improvement in areas of product design, innovation strategy, supply chain, project delivery and management strategy and start up investments. I was also based in Malaysia for two years following an invitation from the Malaysian Government Think Tank and sector of the Office of the Prime Minister of Malaysia, the Special Innovation Unit. I led numerous projects that are driving forces in Malaysia’s goal to achieve developed world status by 2020, in the areas of Education, Urban Community Development, Food Production and Agriculture, and IT. My role with Edtrin involves applying the experience I’ve gained from working with the Malaysian Government and the Special Innovation Unit and furthering these developments on a global scale.
