I was recruited to manage a repair facility that was to be established on the east coast in order to reduce turnaround time in the provision of service to regional customers. While consulting on the layout and network infrastructure of the new facility I also documented procurement and repair processes for both locations along with providing weekly, and sometimes daily, ETAs for POs already placed. Another part of my duties was consulting with the sales staff on our repair/service capabilities regarding new and current service agreements and expectations. I was also asked to provide some field service for a local customer. The project triage and labor estimates were managed at the east coast repair facility with billing being handled by the sales team at the corporate HQ.

On-site diagnosis and repair of customer Networks, Computer Hardware, and Software. Including but not limited to PoS systems, Printers, PXE Environment, and Cash Transaction units and Software. Also, instructing customers in the proper use of equipment and applications for retail transactions and general business administration.

Diagnosis and repair of PC-related/based business equipment.Instruction of other technicians in repair methods and processes.Supervising workflow and prioritization of specific types of equipment and customers depending on customer demand and employer preference.Sorting equipment by type and customer for processing into the repair chain for cleaning department preparation work.Configuring displays, PCs, Tablets, and iPods with pre-loaded software for customer use.
