Primary change advocate that helped drive KeyBank onto the Internet. Proposed and managed a 90-day development of an Internet Bank prototype and then led the development and implementation of the 1st Real-time Internet Branch. The product, Key2Your$, is integrated with a VRU billpay system, integrated to CICS legacy data, and featured immediate enrollment. This included managing a team of 30 system professionals along with the vendor (Hewlett-Packard) and line of business client relationships. Worked closely with Marketing and managed the IT initiative to develop the Corporate Web Site strategy. Proposed and managed the design, launch, and maintenance of KeyNN. This award-winning site offered breakthrough concepts in financial education, product information, and brand recognition. Redesigned to a transactional site and renamed it KeyOnline in 1998. Defined a proof of concept corporate Intranet in 30 days and lead team of 5 to develop KeyNet in 120 days. KeyNet reduced expenses by over $1MM annually by providing employees with information online. Proposed and worked closely with Information Security and Enterprise Architecture to design and implement the first Corporate Firewall and e-Mail Gateway. Selected to research Chief Economist's requirements to manage all the trading desks and trades to oversee overall Corporate Risk in the market. Lead RFP process and evaluation to purchase and implement Corporate Risk Management System Managed mainframe Executive Information System and Executive LAN support areas.
