Created ‘Survivor’ teen tripping program in northern Michigan. Enjoyed collaborating with the team of year round staff to enhance the summer camp program helping build return rates of 68% for campers and 70% for staff. Directed all aspects of the Specialty Programs and Group Retreat operations from August thru June.

Stratton Mountain, Vermont July, 2007 to May 2011 Community Manager/ Contractor Manager: General Contractor for Stratton Mountain Property Management. Coordinated renovations, repairs and preventative maintenance for condominium and town home owners from bidding, contracting, punch-list sign-off to final billing. Ran multiple projects scheduling various contractors ensuring they were compliant with local, state and federal building codes. Brought business from start up to $650K gross operations in four years.Community Manager: July 2002 to July 2007 Managed the physical and the fiscal operations of six condominium/homeowners associations. Oversaw the booking, scheduling, programming and staff training for 500 bed camp & conference facility. Responsible for contracting and reconciliation for all groups. Expanded size, scope & revenue during my five years adding groups and filling in voids of an already successful program.
