I started with Aerial Rigging in 2012 working in the warehouse, driving the box truck, and learning the art of rigging. It wasn't long into this job when Aeson was born and LED Displays were being developed. I spent countless nights into the early hours of the morning learning, practicing and trying to understand the technology. We didn't have a background in LED Displays nor did we have a plan for where we would go. I learned from all of the great minds I could talk to and factory engineers from around the world. It wasn't long until we had our first sale, started hiring new people and creating new positions.Eleven years later and through a lot of trials and tribulations I have learned a ton of new skills. At Vanguard I manage all of our pre/post sales support, do all of our CAD work, all of our marketing materials, manage all of our catalogs, oversee all installations and commissionings, manage all of our engineers and tech/engineering staff, manage all new technologies, design and build all trades how booths, and so much more. I have so much more to learn and offer, and every day I try to learn something new. I am a believer that everyday a person should work as hard as possible to be better than they were the day before.
