My duties and responsibilities:• Carrying out pre-planned and preventative maintenance on a range of electrical and mechanical systems.• Respond to breakdowns and resolve issues safely and efficiently.• Manage, plan and run an effective service schedule of plant equipment and machinery. • Make independent decisions regarding the repair of production equipment based on priority demand.• Acquire in depth maintenance and manufacturing knowledge and demonstrate self-improvement.• Adhere to all HSE procedures and demon straight good housekeeping at all times.• Hands on experience with robotics, motors, conveyor systems, input/output modules, Drives, encoders, pneumatic and electromechanical assemblies.• Ability to communicate effectively and establish sound relationships with colleagues and customers.• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings.• Proven problem solving skills.• Ability to train and manage other team members.• Computer literate and familiar with MS office.• Handle sensitive documentation and keep records.• Effective team member or as an individual.• Self-motivated, conscientious and reliable.• Excellent time management skills.• Able to prioritise own workload.• Willingness and flexibility to work away from home and travel overseas as and when necessary.I am a Quality driven individual with a ‘can do’ attitude; I am always keen to learn new skills and pushing to further my career.
