I coordinate construction processes for my clients from initial space planning through substantial completion. I apply my 20 years of diverse experience in full service and turnkey construction as well as project consultation to care for Commercial, Residential, as well as the Rehabilitation and further Development of Multifamily and Student housing portfolios. I coordinated: projects ranging from 500 - 250,000 square feet, handle project planning, schedule development and management, project budgeting, estimating, value engineering, and overall management of the entire construction process. My experience specific to multi-family and mixed use projects and operations has allowed me consult and guide stakeholders on project feasibility, to planning/design, manage projects from initial concept to completion, and achieve benchmarks outlined to increase NOI, Investment Value, and Returns in that market.
