I work closely with the commercial banking senior leadership teams to drive forward change and transformation primarily through Generative AI following lessons I learned in applying GenAI to build my own business, ShopHub. Some of my focuses include:- Spearheading the proliferation of GenAI adoption across a variety of business functions- Creating and leading the newly formed AI Champions initiative- Helping drive forward the development of our commercial lending journey strategies- Optimising organisational design- Leading experimentation teams- Facilitate and organise innovation events- Run the biweekly Business Design Forum to increase visibility and collaboration amongst teams across the Bank

ShopHub is a Shopify app that lets you build your own branded loyalty programme, engage with your customers, and reach new ones. Currently serving hundreds of businesses and over 30k loyalty members across the globe.

I built and ran my own e-commerce store on Shopify, where I learned how hard it is to find and retain customers. This led me to create ShopHub, so online businesses have the same ability as leading brick-and-mortar retailers to attract customers and grow repeat sales.
