I'm currently the ServiceNow Systems Administrator for Harvard Business School where we have recently launched Incident and Project Portfolio applications leveraging a portal using the Content Management module. Our roadmap utilizing ServiceNow will include many applications such as SDLC, Problem, Change and ITGRC.My 3 year tenure as Director of the Service Center for IQNavigator Inc included managing Tier1 and Tier2 support teams for over 100,000 end users globally. I was the subject matter expert for ServiceNow to support the needs of the entire business both internally and externally thru such areas as Human Resources, Asset Management, IT GRC, Incident, Problem and Change Management, and many others.In my 11+ years with CompuCom Systems, I was instrumental in leading IT support teams to deliver best in class solutions and support. My tenure with CompuCom began at a major client; a large alcohol beverage company in Modesto, California. I was instrumental in developing and managing a technical team to support a local user base of 4500 and expanded to 7500 globally. My responsibilities included managing service desk, desktop support, server and network infrastructure support as well as many other IT initiatives and projects. I am proud to say that I was recognized by this client as being instrumental in helping their IT Organization achieve an industry recognized award in 2004; Information Week 500 Top IT Organization. CompuCom relocated my family and I to the Denver area in 2005 and gave me the opportunity to manage IT service delivery for many key clients over 3 states with a team of 30 associates. In 2007, I was recognized by CompuCom with the Service Leadership Award; one of the company’s prestigious awards presented at their national conference. In 2009, I led a business venture and startup to support the growing needs for small businesses in the IT arena. The company remains a sustainable support business as a result of my efforts.
