Accountable for maintaining internal HSSE management system requirements, meeting or exceeding company defined goals and performance standards. Review all safety reports including Task Risk Assessments, Workplace Hazard Assessments and Job Step analysis to ensure quality of the documents.• Plan and organise assignments and dispatch field service engineers to assure timely response to customer requests, scheduled maintenance, commissioning and other customer related activities.• Assist and support the District Service Manager on a day to day basis including acting as DSM when they are unavailable.• Primary after hours support for customer critical needs.• Manage allocation of resources and expenses including man day utilisation, period and variable budget and costs, capital budgets and asset management.• Review quality of field service reports and provide feedback to engineers and customers.• Generate quotations and proposals for field service work to the customer.• Interface, coordinate and communicate with various internal departments such as San Diego project management, package refurbishment and upgrade, DeSoto overhaul, Tech centre and other district /regional personnel.• Conduct annual engineer performance reviews
