Responsible for Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance and Data Distribution functions at PrimeManage the organizational processes to present and communicate security risk position and metrics to management and other stakeholdersManage the ongoing sustainment activities to assure compliance with regulatory, industry and client security requirements including PCI, HIPAA and HITECHManage the engagement and reporting processes between internal audit, external audit and attestation groups and the Information Technology department Perform third party RFP, contract and agreement reviews related to security requirementsCoordinate the responses to new client RFP related to Prime’s Information Security programManage the development, implementation and enforcement of organization wide security standards, policies and proceduresWork with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery representatives to define and support Information Security
