I have worked in the disability sector for around 12 years, as a support worker, manager and now as a SIL Coordinator. Also having 10 years experience in teaching in the TAFE system, I can use all of these skills to work with people living with a disability, staff, management and stakeholders.I have also been running businesses since I was 16 years old, employing & managing staff, dealing with customers and the public and carrying out all facets of business ownership (finance & budgets, stock control, communications, promoting the business and so on).Qualifications include a Diploma in Business Management, Cert IV in Disability, Cert III in Mental Health and previously Graduate Certificate in Adult Teaching & Learning and Cert IV in Training.I enjoy working with good people, a positive challange and think of myself as pro-active.
