Retired law enforcment officer. Last ten years of my career was 50% writing pre-sentence reports for the Superior Court. Member of the Alaska State Troopers "E" Detachment Special Emergency Response Team (SERT) 1993-2007, Team leader 1998-2007. Certified as an expert witness in the firearms field in Alaska Superior Court.in 2006. Freelance writing began in 1994 although the majority has been the past three years as I neared retirement.
