Senior Quality Assurance Tester Ii
• Work with Internal and External Groups to complete Tasks that include:• Developing Test Plans• Delegating External QA partners and working alongside them to help with training when needed and improve processes.• Facilitating bug writing and testing processes• Troubleshooting and Using tools used to create proper testing scenarios for new features or bug regressions.• Understanding and properly using Jira to maintain the workflow of features and bug fixes.• Efficiently and quickly communicating updates and clarifications to Project Managers and Designers during sprints in an Scrum development cycle.• Assist in coordinating build deployments with development teams.• Providing feedback to help improve the quality of our games.• Provide feedback about internal processes to help better communication and success with QA.• Provide performance reviews for QA Testers and logging quarterly progress and provide tips and assistance via zoom meetings if necessary.
