Mechanical supervisor for £1.1 million timber frame new build school. D&B project, responsible for plumbing, LTHW, wet sprinkler system, ventilation, air con, gas, insulation and BMS packages. Reporting and reviewing health and safety promoting a safe working nature without effecting productivity. Co-ordinate and plan material deliveries and crane lifts for plant installation. Project was seen through to commissioning and client hand over.

Working with a variety of materials including copper, carbon steel, stainless steel and polymers using various jointing techniques.Day to day duties include, procurement of materials, distribution of labor, managing site safety, producing isometric drawings for fabrication, updating construction drawings, managing site diary, managing client expectations, liaising with other trades and progress reporting to senior project management
