Serves as the Senior Housing Manager and Residential Communities Initiative (RCI) Asset Manager at Fort Riley, KS.Utilizes knowledge of housing, barracks facilities, asset management and residential development, to engage in the planning, design, revitalization, financing, and improvement of housing, barracks and related facilities for the purpose of managing these facilities. Responsible for program oversight of the privatized family (Residential Communities Initiative, RCI) ,unaccompanied housing programs (First Sergeants Barracks Program 2020, FSBP2020), Privatized Army Lodging (PAL, IHG) and the direct management of non-privatized installation housing functions; leased family and unaccompanied housing, unaccompanied personnel housing (UPH)/barracks, budgeting and execution (AFH and OMA), facilities and infrastructure management, off-post private rental Housing Services Office (HSO), furnishings management and information/data collection and management in support of installation housing programs. Responsible for the development of overall housing management plans for non privatized housing functions at the installation to support leased housing, unaccompanied personnel housing (UPH)/barracks, contract management, budget (AFH and OMA), facilities and infrastructure management, and Housing Services Office (HSO)/off-post private rental and furnishings management. Formulates long-range personnel and work plans to justify contract and management support of the Senior UPH, centralized barracks management program, furnishings, HSO, barracks construction, major renovations, facility maintenance and major acquisition programs.
