Responsible for Pre-Sales Solution Engineer enablement, as well as demo-system build out and maintenance. Specifically, I drove the creation of a demo environment to support a new product offering which layered on top of another vendor's Service & Field Service Clouds. I started the process with an existing demo and script from the other vendor and added the differentiating features from the new ServiceMax product. I worked closely with both Sales Consulting organizations to validate the personas and scenarios. I also collaborated with the Marketing and Product organizations to align the demo's messaging and value points. The resulting demo and script told an end-to-end story that linked features with operating-level KPIs and overall business value. It included multiple scenarios that seamlessly integrated both applications. This demo environment became the 'standardized' first-look demo across both organizations and served as a starting point for any custom demos. In addition, I produced and delivered all the training including version updates.

Helped drive revenue by providing pre-sales support for a field-service application built on Salesforce platform. Gathered requirements, configured software and demonstrated solution alignment and business value to prospective customers.
