I am a skilled professional with over twenty five years of experience in maintenance, facilities, construction, and the management of skilled tradesmen. I strive to help others develop an understanding of the skills needed that will better enhance not only an organizations effectiveness but also an individual’s ability to prosper in the changing workforce. For the last ten years my primary focus has been facility and maintenance management in an industrial manufacturing setting. I foster open communication and focus on maintaining a safe and productive team to perform at a world class level. I have been called upon to aid in plant acquisitions, new plant construction projects, relocations, and facility closures. I have implemented facility and process improvements in many facilities located in the United States and in Mexico. With years of practical experience and an entrepreneurial spirit, I have been able to bring a common sense point of view to many of the systems throughout many organizations. With my ability to relate to all the areas of the industrial setting, I have an understanding that is valued to help others facilitate their goals to deliver outstanding service to our customers. I believe in strong ethics and high safety standards with an emphasis on quality while using a continuous improvement approach to achieve goals that will reduce costs and deliver value.
