I went to Melbourne for a “Train the trainer” course. Upon arriving back to Launceston I set up a presentation that was held over two days, where I ran the office through the new software. - Successful implementation of APS. As with any new system there are a few bugs that need ironing out. I was the only person from the KPMG Launceston office that had access to deal directly with APS. Any complaints or issues with APS would be forwarded to me and then I would get in contact with APS to have the issues resolved. - Creation of new budgeting model- After completion of my CA I have been training co-workers who are going through the Chartered Accountant’s Program. - Completing an FBT course in Melbourne and I am now managing Launceston’s lodgement list for FBT returns. - Converting a number of clients over to Xero and successful implementing the conversion. This included customising invoices to their satisfaction. - Winning work for KPMG through relationships I have built with clients. - Involvement in secondments to Melbourne for a liquidation job and at Onstream as a data analyst.
