Responsible for monitoring and organizing various supply chain operations including management of supplier quality. Scheduling and performing on-site audits to identify potential risks. Identifying and implementing process/system/data improvements related to the supply chain. Performing cost price analyses.

Responsible for monitoring and reporting supplier quality and delivery performance, organizing and managing various purchasing and supply chain activities (i.e. estimating material costs for new proposals, internal process improvements, etc.). Forecasting and tracking production engine material costs and reporting on performance to forecasts.

Responsible for issuing RFQ's and PO's for machine tooling. Monitored parts sent for outside processing and created reporting methods to improve data tracking.

Primary responsibilities included assisting with billing issues, account inquiries, service disruption, and new accounts. Serviced both English and Spanish speaking customers.
