Manage overall operations at Dango Cabs Kenya which include but not limited to:- *Maximise productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the company*Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues. • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures. • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company`s customer base and ensure its strong presence.• Responsible for growing and optimizing the supply-side of the marketplace i.e., ensure the number of cars/ drivers in all major towns are increasing as per the demand. • Recruit, train and manage drivers and their affairs.• Identify trends through quantitative and qualitative data and take action on them.• Partner with accounting staff and sales team to monitor revenue generation. • Remain knowledgeable on current industry regulations, trends, and other relevant information and compliance. • Serve as a member of the corporate leadership team by participating in regular meetings and projects related to partnership with other institutions for the growth of our individual companies. • Maintain a high degree of integrity at all times and in all circumstances. • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality with issues related to the company as a whole, drivers (private and personal matters), rates, customers, and other proprietary items.*Enhance the operational procedures, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand business. *Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws.• Any other duty assigned by MD.
