I manage the maintenance staff here at Otis on the Bread side:1) I implement the PM program.2) I make sure the equipment is in good running condition.3) I schedule man hours as required.4) Keep and generate records for AIB, Cook & Thurber and Siliker.5) I make sure the facility stays in good shape.6) Make sure safety is executed through out the plant.7) I make sure ergonomics and good body mechanics is used.8) Make sure all GMPs is observed and practiced.9) Work with vendors to get best pricing and product for the company.

I worked at GKN, I was the Maintenance Manager as well as the Facilities Manager, I made sure all of the equipment was kept in the best mechanical and electrical condition, to include critical equipment to run the buisness. I also implented the PM program using MP-2 software CMMS.Participated in all audits to include ISO 2001, ISO 14001 and TS16949 all used in the Automotive feild for teir one supplier.
