I am an Associate Director in the Workplace Consulting team, and have worked with various organisations including HSBC, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, First Direct, Johnson & Johnson, Level 3 Communications, Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospital and Aviva. I work across the entire workplace strategy lifecycle, from initial business engagement, data gathering and analysis, developing the strategy, informing the design, delivering change management and supporting the implementation, to post-occupancy review and advising how to sustain the change, an often overlooked but critical element of any change programme. Notable contract assignments: HSBC UK Workplace Implementation Manager Embedded in HSBC from 2011 - 2015, managing the delivery of HSBC workplace projects across the UK, taking over 3,000 employees through the change and implementation process. This role involved strategically engaging senior executives to sell the benefits of flexible working; running feasibility studies to assess appetite and readiness for change; through to delivery and post-implementation review. A notable project was with First Direct at their HQ in Leeds, to improve the workplace experience for 2500 employees, particularly for their call agents. Over 18 months, I led the business engagement, developed the workplace strategy, and led the change management and communication workstream.
