As EVP, Chief Banking Officer at Penn Community Bank, my current responsibilities include:- Management of Loan Origination (Sales), Underwriting, and Production Support staff.- Strategy execution for portfolio maintenance/growth, and Secondary Marketing sales, for loan balances approaching $1B.- Development of new products, policies, and processes, to meet our borrowers' changing needs.- Oversight of the retail bank, and development of the management team. As Sales Administrator, I am responsible for the coordination of all bank wide sales activity, supporting the bank’s strategic plan with an integrated sales culture, and the continuous development of all bank sales leaders.
