Commerce National Bank is a full service community business bank focused on serving small and medium sized businesses in Orange County. My primary responsibility was growing the bank’s North Orange County presence, sourcing new business with a focus on small business with between $3MM and $30MM in annual revenues. I also managed a portfolio of small business customers, which included financial analysis, credit memorandum preparation, risk assessment, pricing determination and credit recommendation. Additionally, I managed a staff of ten employees and was responsible for the day to day operations of the Fullerton Office

Responsible for sourcing and developing new business for the commercial banking group by focusing on middle market companies with between $20MM and $500MM in annual revenues. Products represented include traditional bank financing, real estate financing, equipment leasing, asset based lending, factoring, and treasury management services.

Managed a portfolio of both credit and treasury management commercial banking clients. Responsible for the day-to-day portfolio management including underwriting memorandum preparation, financial analysis, risk evaluation and management and credit recommendation. Completed the bank’s formal six-month credit management training program where I learned to analyze financial statements, industry, business and management data to formulate credit recommendations and assist customers in determining the credit and non-credit products that best fit their needs.
