Cleaning and preparing laptops for stock, including fitting faulty fans.Checking out of date laptops power up and fit missing components to those that don't.Assisting with the preparation of laptops, iPhones and other IT equipment for new hires.Cleaning and removal of asset tags from laptops being disposed of.Preparing IT equipment for shipment to field based users.

I started at Porsche as a Vehicle Technician, where I studied and gained further qualifications to ensure to keep my knowledge and skills up to date. Here I gained my Bronze level certificate in 2008 and continued to provide Porsche with excellent mechanical expertise. In 2011 I changed my role to Aftersales customer co-ordinator. Here I became more customer focused to help achieve positive customer experiences along with my extensive technical knowledge background. Within this role I gained excellent and valuable interpersonal skills which I carry forward to my new ventures.

I began this role as an apprentice mechanic which I successfully completed in 1998. Following this I continued to provide excellent mechanical expertise as a BMW technician and continued to increase my qualifications and knowledge.
