Steve coaches and advises executive leaders and management teams to optimize G&A costs using agile problem-solving methodologies. His goal is to transform G&A costs into streamlined G&A value.During his 30 years of consulting and leadership experience in both corporate overhead and operational capacities, Steve has successfully coached numerous teams to solve various business and operational challenges, including sizable G&A cost optimization initiatives.Leadership roles he has held include Senior Vice-President for a $6 billion real estate portfolio, Senior Vice-President of Operations for a $2 billion real estate portfolio, Vice-President, Corporate Controller, and Senior Manager (with KPMG). Steve is the founder and principal for Optimize Overhead LLC.His unique approach to RPA governance was featured by Gartner, and he has authored numerous business articles on LinkedIn and Industry Week, as well as a White Paper: "Measuring the Effectiveness of Corporate Overhead." Steve has developed and delivered extensive training and workshops focused on problem solving, cost optimization, internal customer service, organizational agility, and effective project management.Steve is a CPA, with dual degrees in Accounting and Computer Information Systems, and is certified in Lean Six Sigma.Steve grew up in Spain and is fluent in Spanish.
