Since the start of my career with Flight Centre I have held various positions from store manager to head of land product.

Working with our customers to find out the best solution for their production business was the key facet to this position, The role involved me qualifying relevant steel orders, complaint handling and ensuring every customer was happy with the progress and product we provided. I acted as the technical interface between mill production and the customer.
