Qualified counsellors are available between 7am and 10pm each day to listen to those in need, support them in dealing with their bereavement or offer guidance in dealing with issues caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.The service is open to members of the public in England and Wales, NHS workers or care staff who are struggling to cope at this difficult time.We work in partnership with the NHS Trusts and other charitable organisations to ensure help is available to those who need it.
