Prior to founding Real Quick Capital, Ostad served in several roles in New York’s real estate scene. His career started by founding Empire City Realty, a residential real estate firm which was at the forefront of utilizing social media to highlight real estate investment opportunities, and with Tri Star Management, where he oversaw the acquisitions and management of more than 2000 units throughout New York City’s five boroughs. For the past three years, Ostad was an Associate with Flatiron Realty Capital, a nationwide direct private lender, as well the Founding Principal for his most recent venture with Bagatelle Builders LLC, where he specialized in new luxury homes in the Hamptons and townhouse renovations in New York.Through keen business acumen and a deep knowledge of the industry, Ostad approaches each of his dealings with client satisfaction top of mind and with a relentless pursuit to create value in each real estate transaction.
