I think Jeff Weiner, CEO Linked In, hit the nail on the head when he said “Data really powers everything that we do.” My passion lies in ensuring that data is available to those who need it when they need it. To maximize its value, data must be complete and reliable and that means it must be validated and well maintained. I have extensive data management experience particularly in the PLM space including:♦ Assisting in the selection a PLM tool♦ Supporting migration of data from one PLM tool to another♦ Documenting requirements for enhancements to the PLM tool.♦ Developing and executing User Acceptance Test (UAT) suites for PLM system enhancements♦ Designing workflows to streamline the data management process ♦ Leading day-to-day data management activities for specific product lines♦ Developing Visual Basic modules to automate data analysis and validationI believe that effective data management takes a village.
