Undertake consultancy assignments providing leadership, advice, support, knowledge and projectmanagement skills in making better use of systems, data, processes and resources to meet customer needs.

Reporting to the Group COO I oversee the groups Financial and Reporting systems strategy, design, implementation, maintenance, support and adoption together with supporting processes, procedures and automation. I head the migration, and aligning of acquired companies into the group’s Financial / Reporting environment and assist in due diligence. Lead the Team to best support all levels of management in making the correct decisions by providing timely, accurate, standardized and meaningful information. Drive identification, definition and implementation of IT standards and processes needed to achieve company compliance, audit, data quality and reporting requirements.

Reporting to the CIO I oversee implementations and ongoing management of GFI global financial applications, related IT teams and initiatives including: Microsoft Dynamics GP and eConnect, Oracle Hyperion HFM (consolidation) and Planning. Direct reports include application administrators and analyst having responsibility for these platforms. Contribute to management of supporting information technology operations and infrastructures with focus on insuring effective service delivery/scaling, high quality and availability through planning. Help drive identification, definition and implementation of IT standards and processes needed to achieve company compliance, audit and reporting requirements.My major responsibilities include working closely with Finance team members to deliver, document, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance financial systems functionality. Involved in the design and documentation of various interfaces, databases, and systems supporting our financial business processes and assist in the analysis and creation of accounting reports for use by management. My role ensures that all stakeholders are kept informed, that the reporting process is managed and documented appropriately, and that assigned projects are delivered within scope, schedule and quality; and accuracy levels are consistent with customer expectations.

My job duties and responsibilities include maintenance and support of finance related systems, and was heavily involved in developing the Group's finance systems strategy.I have also lead a number of implementations/migrations of acquired companies from a variety of ERP systems to Microsoft Dynamics GP together with integrating their business processes and procedures.In addition to the above, providing support, designing and generating reports and data cube for management in the decision making process, together with analysing trends to recommend processes and/or operational improvements and assisting in implementing them to maximize business efficiency and growth.
