• Senior Leadership governance; providing insight into delivery, financials, milestone analysis, and benefit realisation. Implementing monthly governance meetings to review large and strategically important projects, dashboards within the tool, and point in time reports driving better decisions.• Lead role in designing and implementing process and design changes, both in the tool and throughout the bank; most significantly with the financial forecasting process and with resource management. In order to replace legacy processes, which provided inadequate visibility and caused reconciliation difficulties, this involved significant interaction with a number of stakeholders to identify root causes, to gain widespread agreement with solutions, and to implement with minimal impact to existing activities. • Lead coordinator with deployment leads to implement changes; creating impact assessments, structuring communication, overseeing training, and addressing transition difficulties.• Responsible for chairing the project’s fortnightly Working Group; communicating upcoming changes and design decisions, managing debate and discussion, and developing KPIs to improve quality of data within the tool. • Key contact for deployment leads; steering weekly adoption and transition meetings to track senior leader and end-user engagement, assessing adoption of key functionality, actively progress project milestones, and to document and progress key issues and Continuous Improvement ideas. • Accountable for all reporting development; chairing a monthly reporting forum to engage stakeholders, communicate upcoming changes and to identify reporting requirements. Business analysis of reporting requirements, design proposal, and working with developers to finalise. Communicating and documenting functionality and working with stakeholders to drive adoption and usage.

• Deep knowledge of Clarity; a leading Portfolio Management software package, widely used within theindustry. Currently used by over 14,000 resources within the bank to facilitate Project Management,Investment Governance, and Financial Management.• Lead coordinator for redesign of Cost Plan submission process; understanding and communicatingexisting complexities, proposing and presenting solutions for process redesigns, working closely with thekey SMEs to implement.• Responsible for the on-boarding of over 2,000 resources into Clarity. Adept at working with colleaguesacross the bank to understand the root business problem and defining a robust solution; communicatingthese changes to end-users and working closely with developers to implement these.• Cognizance of bank-wide strategy; ensuring development is in line with overall team strategy and thatdevelopments are in line with the data architecture goal.• Lead role in defining and overseeing governance process for reporting development changes. Soundunderstanding of Change Request, prioritisation, and UAT process; working with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery within a strict and transparent framework.

• Head of Change and Industrialisation Team. Responsible for all central GTO OpEx reporting; Ownershipof reports and analysis for a portfolio of programmes resulting in €1.2bn of annualised savings.Distributing to ExCo Members, GTO OpEx Management, and Portfolio Managers.• Line management of three internal employees, in two locations. Responsibilities include long-term workplanning, daily supervision, skill and knowledge development, and progress reviews.• Data Management Improvements; Creation of data dictionary, increasing understanding internally, and transparency to stakeholders. Central data consolidation and development of data warehouse, considerably reducing production time and enhancing analysis. Assisting data-input teams with proposeddata capture processes, reducing complexity and increasing delivery reliability.• Standardisation and improvement of GBS OpEx PMO reporting solutions; addition of new capabilities and creation of forecasting analysis to identify trends and risks. Working closely with key stakeholders toenhance receivership of data and to cater for the end user’s requirements.
