CurrentCommercial Manager, currently assigned to Network team• The Hays IT team are currently implementing a fully managed outsourced model. I was brought in to manage the change to a Supplier Management process for all voice, data and mobile services in the UK, with on-going links to Europe and the rest of the world• Written, managed and implemented company mobile service ITT, resulted in £300k savings and improved managed service for the whole Smartphone and tablet estate• Written and implemented Managed Network ITT for the Hays UK WAN/LAN services, the contract covers over 100 UK locations and 50 further worldwide branch offices with a value of over £20m. Fully managed the legal, commercial and some supplier functions of this project as Hays moved away from the incumbent supplier for this mission critical service. The WAN service ranged from dual MPLS resilient datacentre circuits with integrated hosted telephony to small ADSL locations with 2 staff• Implemented and outsourced the company voice support service, achieving huge service improvements for the business with no extra cost• Currently managing a companywide migration from traditional switch based voice telephone services to a fully hosted cloud solution to run alongside the Managed WAN • Improved data and voice invoicing from key network suppliers, thus greatly simplifying departmental budgeting• Achieved £1,000,000 worth of savings by in-depth analysis of the BT (and others) invoicing process• Written and negotiated several master supply agreements (frameworks for business) • Currently manage all Network contracts and supplier management process to ensure all suppliers adhere to strict service levels • Currently manage suppliers such as BT (data/voice), O2 (mobile/data), Redcentric (UK and European Data/Hosted voice), Tata (India/world-wide).
