I am a highly experience Group Head within Formula 1 engineering, having spent equal amounts of time in Aerodynamic design and Aerodynamic Performance / Trackside Analysis.My current goals are to apply expertise in both technical and human performance disciplines, with the mind-set that helped win five Formula 1 World Championships to a range of new projects while continuing to learn and develop new skills.I have been instrumental in the performance evolution of the Mercedes AMG F1 team, helping them achieve 4 Constructors World Championships as well as playing a major role in the aerodynamic design of the 2009, Championship winning Brawn F1 car, before supervising its performance on track.My roles and experiences have enabled me to work on collaborative projects across many of the engineering disciplines within Formula 1 with an emphasis on the boundaries between Aerodynamics and Vehicle Dynamics.
