I founded No Desire to Retire in August 2014. It set out with the ambition to challenge perceptions of employers and to encourage greater recruitment of the over 50s talent pool back into the workplace. With over 1,000,000 over 50s currently economically inactive, the website has given older workers a free arena in which to showcase their skills to potential employers.By November 2017, it had become the UK's number 1 website for over 50's recruitment with over 25,000 registered users and I became established as an older workers champion in the UK, collaborating closely with the Department of Work & Pensions and a variety of leading organisations supporting people in later life.
