I spent the first 3 months learning shipping and then moved on to listing products on Amazon, Ebay, Sears, Rakuten, Wayfair, & Big Commerce. I dealt mostly with Nike products and listings involved gathering photos and descriptions to add to an Excel flat file for upload or creating the listings directly on the web site. I maintained a database of the product photos and descriptions as well. Skills included problem solving & communication with website service representatives to ensure proper descriptions, photos, UPC's, and SKU's were being used and to correct conflicts with the website data. I started this job working from the Rancho Mirage office but was able to transition into a work from home position where I was assigned projects via email.
