I am sometimes unorthodox, for example; suited and booted is definitely not my thing, much rather be sporting a pair of florally decorated ‘Vans’, jeans and a hoodie.I have been head of our family business since 2014 and together with my team have successfully grown the business, exponentially in that time.This has been achieved by constantly changing, adapting and continually learning.Culture for me is everything. And although not the finished article, we are well on our way in creating a safe-place to grow, thrive and reach full potential. We also have fun along the way.For me the most important attribute to any team member is attitude. A willingness to commit and dedicate themselves to the cause, work hard, continually learn and grow is essential.We have big, hairy, audacious, goals and are currently laying solid scalable foundations in IT systems, financial control and people resources. When installed the pedal for accelerated growth will be pushed which will see us expand faster and reach much further, meaning we will be helping even more people sleep; sleep well; and experience quality sleep.
