FTI’s scope includes site development, utilities, offsites and infrastructure to support ethane cracker and other derivative unitsMining - Pueblo Viejo Project -Fluor provided EPCM services for the $3.8 billion project, the largest foreign investment in the history of the Dominican Republic. Vale Long Harbour Processing Plant Project. Project consisted of full EPCM services on a $5B, 50k ton per year hydrometallurgical nickel processing facility.Power - Ground up construction of two new 840 megawatt combined cycle units in Atlanta for Southern Company. The project included the installation of four Mitsubishi M501G combustion turbines paired with four, three-pressure level Nooter/ Eriksen HRSGs combined with a Toshiba 375 MW steam turbine and STG. Power Services - Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) projects for Alcoa, Progress Energy and Gulf Power. Alcoa and Progress Energy Government- Hurricane recovery work for FEMA / Homeland Security post Ivan and Katrina.Work experiences have involved contracts including lump sum, cost reimbursable and cost plus fee. Of these, labor arraignments have varied from direct hire open shop, direct hire union, construction management open shop and construction management union. Management and development responsibilities for staffs up 100 direct reports including employees from the United States, Peru, Mexico, Venezuela, Australia, Canada, the Philippines and Ireland.
