To ensure that every project is delivered to each customers exacting requirement, Steve Plummer's role is to liaise at every step with the client. Steve says "Once a client has identified their need to us, we spend a fair amount of time understanding exactly what their requirements are, what the objective for the printed material is, timescales and so on. By doing this, we can fully understand the project and what is involved, and fully brief our team. We also advise the client on other choices that may be available that they hadn't considered which could lead to a better product, quicker turnaround or even a cheaper price!" In this role, Steve managed the entire client acqusition process, from intial cold call to managing the delivery of the clients finished product for Warners. Key to winning ongoing business from customers was the development of a close working relationship, so Steve could not only understand their current requirements, but also help plan and predict future needs.
