- Managing a team of 11 Business Analysts primarily supporting a Kerridge K8 ERP solution across 220 branches in the UK & Ireland.- Working with implementation teams rolling out a K8 Babbage upgrade and an iWACS Warehouse Management Solution into the Tamworth NDC,

- Initially employed to project manage the go-live cut-over of QAD across 3 manufacturing sites in UK, France & Germany. Project was cancelled and replaced with an SAP implementation.- Now jointly responsible for the project management of a SAP roll-out into UK, France & Germany.- Responsible for the Finance, Procurement, Planning and Sales & Distribution workstreams.

• Managed the implementation & support of Maximo procurement modules and interface into financial Access Dimensions system both running on SQL including data mapping and migration.• Supported Maximo Plant Asset Management modules and Filestream document archiving.• Acted as interim IT Manager for 4 months• Developed GDF Suez Group procurement data extracts and submissions to head office.

• Initially managed a team of 5 analyst / programmers, supporting 12 remote sites all running various applications on an i-Series.• Project Management / Business Analysis for the implementation of: − Full end to end ERP implementations (x8) – Infor System / 21 Aurora - Group std roll-out into 8 Greencore sites, each to the value of approx £750k (excl software costs). − Tracesoft Quality Control data capture & Creations product specification − A bespoke RPG based telesales application. − Kronos Access Control & HRPro (HR) − Pacsol (Kofax) document archiving & Cobwebb (Kofax / Infor) purchase to pay solution. − TXT Demand, Plan & Make modules into 3 Greencore sites.• Project Management / Business Analysis activities have included the following: − Change Management & ERP workshops. − Preparation of the “PID”, Capex and Project Plans. − Business Analysis & Process mapping / documenting (Visio & Excel) in all business areas. − Management & active involvement in all project stages – analysis, config, testing & training. − Data modelling / mapping. − Issue & Risk management. − Managing the roll-out of new Infrastructure requirements − Stakeholder management through steering meetings and publishing regular projects updates to the business. − The management of a team of up to 8 System/21 business analysts. • PMO activities including the analysis & reporting of project spend against project portfolio (130+ projects against a £4m budget) & the preparation of Project Review Board documentation.
